Does Beyonce know the true meaning of the word "hiatus"?  We guess not, seeing as in this video following her I Am Sasha Fierce tour she talks about working during her supposed hiatus.

Jill Scott and Maxwell will kick off their 20-city U.S. arena tour (on May 21st) in Cleveland with more dates to be announced through the summer. Specific tour stops will be in Chicago, Detroit, St. Louis, Philadelphia, Oakland, Indianapolis, Dallas, Atlanta, Miami, Los Angeles, Washington DC,  and New York.
