Former Fugees bandmate Lauryn Hill took the stage at the FESPAD Festival in Kigali, Rwanda on Sunday. L-boggie was seen sporting a blazer, red stiletto booties and African-inspired harem pants. She performed a handful of tracks, including The Fugees’ “Ready or Not.”
