Last year, a one nigth stand filed a paternity suit against Brian McKnight, saying he was the father of her 14-year-old son. But DNA tests recently came back with a negative report. He is not the father of Miriam Lee’s son.

This whole thing was very dramatic, in a sense. Lee hired Kevin Federline’s (Brittney Spears’ ex-husband) divorce lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan to get McKnight caught up.

But it looks like her plan didn’t work after all.

In the beginning of all of this maddens, McKnight refused to respond to the lawsuit, so the judge issued a default judgment against him that included 14 years of back child support totally some $341,640.

According to TMZ, rapper Nicki Minaj doesn't only have to worry about Lil Kim. Reportedly, Minaj is being sued for banged up a rented Lambo to the tune of nearly $12,000.

The plaintiff, Hollywood Exotic Car Rental, claims Minaj agreed to rent a 2008 Lamborghini Murcielago -- at the rate of $1,750 a day -- to shoot her "Massive Attack" music video.

But according to the suit -- filed today in L.A. County Superior Court -- the exotic car was driven "off-road" and damaged "in the approximate amount of $11,589.41." Plus, they allege, Minaj didn't pay three days rent on the car -- that's another 5,250.

The rental company is suing for unpaid rental charges, property damage, and punitive damage.

TMZ is reporting that Brian McKnight is the proud new father of a 14-year-old boy ... so says a Florida judge.

Miriam Lee filed paternity and child support docs in Orange County, FL last year alleging McKnight is the father of her son.

Brian never filed docs addressing her claim .. so the judge has ruled Brian's the daddy.

And now for the bad news -- the judge also decided Brian must fork over 14 years worth of child support ... which comes to a whopping $341,640.

We're told Brian's monthly support payment is $11,388 a month.

A rep for Brian McKnight tells us, "The judgment in Florida was a default judgment made without Brian present. He's still looking to establish paternity, and is awaiting the results of a recent test."

A woman has taken R&B singer Brian McKnight to court claiming he is the father of her1yr old baby boy.

Miriam Moreno, described by TMZ.com as McKnight’s former lover, claims the singer fathered her one-year-old son Evan Brian McKnight. It is not known whether McKnight has taken a paternity test and details about the reported love affair have not been revealed.

Although McKnight’s name is not on the boy’s birth certificate, the document has the unidentified father’s place of birth as New York and his birth date as June 5, 1969 – the same date McKnight was born in Buffalo, New York.

Moreno, 34, has hired celebrity lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan to represent her and the pair met McKnight in a California court last week during a hearing on child support, reports TMZ. Kaplan represented Kevin Federline in his divorce from Britney Spears.

McKnight is also the father of two sons – Brian Jr., 19, and Niko, 17 – from his 13-year marriage to ex-wife Julie. The couple split in 2003.

McKnight recently became engaged to his longtime girlfriend Annalisa Mungcal this past Valentine’s Day.
