In an interview with People.com, newly-divorced singer Christina Milian says she’s in no hurry to rush into another relationship after splitting from her husband, producer The Dream.
“I’m staying single for a long time,” she told the magazine Saturday at Tao Las Vegas’s 5-year anniversary party. “There is no man in my life and I’m staying single. No dating, no nothing. I love being single.”

When The-Dream filed for divorce from Christina Milian in February, it came as a surprise to his wife, who was nine days away from giving birth to the couple’s daughter. Now Milian is asking a judge to throw out the divorce papers.
According to TMZ, the singer claims that the father of her child not only lied about the status of their relationship, but also cheated on her.

Well its been confirmed that the marriage between producer The Dream and Christina Milian is officially OVER!!! This was pretty evident since they haven’t been seen together in months. The Dream’s rep confirmed the split with US Weekly saying:
Terius ‘The-Dream’ Nash is saddened to announce that his marriage to Christina Milian was unsuccessful. The couple reached this decision in late 2009, but decided to keep the news private in efforts to protect their baby daughter Violet. They ask for consideration and respect for their family moving forward.
