The first “Auntie Viv” from the Fresh Prince Of Bel Air has written a new book. Actress Janet Hubert played “Aunt Viv” on the show ‘The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air’. The show made Will Smith a star, but it left Hubert bitter and out of work. Hubert reveals it all in her new book Perfection Is Not A Sitcom Mom.
In the book, she slams Smith and says that she was fired in 1993 and replaced with a lighter skinned woman actress Daphne Maxwell Reid. In her book, she talks about the fights on the set with Smith and how he had her tossed off the show. Hubert claims Smith sabotaged her and any other star who came on the show who would outshine him. Hubert is currently out promoting her line of children’s books.
