ATL rapper Gucci Mane is officially a free man. He was released at midnight from an Atlanta County jail.

“Now that I am free, ironically I'm the most wanted man in Georgia. I'm hungry for success and ready to compete, so may the competition begin…”

The 1017 Brick Squad representative finished his six month sentence for parole violation this morning and was greeted by an onslaught of press and celebrity friends early this morning.

Gucci was prepared for the event and read an official statement to the crowd thanking his fans for their support.
