The trailer for Halle Berry’s new movie “Frankie & Alice” has been released from Access Motion Pictures.

Berry also served as a producer on the psychological drama based on the true story of Frankie Murdoch (Berry), a woman suffering with multiple personality disorder in early 1970's Los Angeles.

Directed by Geoffrey Sax, and shot by Newton Thomas Sigel (“Valkyrie,” “X-Men,” “Confessions of a Dangerous Mind,” “The Usual Suspects”), the film also stars Stellan Skarsgård (“The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo”), Phylicia Rashad (“For Colored Girls”) and Chandra Wilson (“Grey’s Anatomy”).

“Frankie & Alice” is opening in limited release on Dec. 10 and nationwide on Feb. 4, 2011

Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez continue to fuel dating rumors with a new romp through the streets of London.

On Thursday, the “Dark Tide” co-stars were snapped walking together, holding hands and talking over coffee, according to reports.

Halle Berry covers Vogue’s new September 2010 issue, and says she doesn’t regret her relationship with model Gabriel Aubry.

“It’s just that you realize you are not meant to go the distance with everybody,” she says. “We were meant to bring this amazing little person into the world. And I think that’s why we came together. And because of that, we are going to be together forever, all three of us.”

Berry has been married twice and says she will never do it again, but the Hollywood star says she has not given up on the possibility of being in a committed relationship once again.

“I’m not done with love, but I refuse to settle. I am a hopeless romantic. And I won’t stop till I get it right,” she says. “I don’t think I’m unlike a lot of people. I am just someone who is trying to find that mate, and I think it’s a really hard thing to do.

“And I’m not willing to stay somewhere where I am really not happy. And I am not willing to pretend I am for the kid’s sake or so that I don’t have to go through another public humiliation.”

The Oscar winner says she’s happy she waited until later in life to have a child and wishes women were biologically programmed differently so that it becomes easier to conceive as they get older.

“When you are younger, it should be harder to get pregnant, and as you get older, it should be easier. When you are so ready, you can’t do it to save your life.

“And when you are 21, you are so not ready, but you are ripe as could be. The eggs should become more developed the older you get, not die slowly from the day you’re born. That’s one thing God got wrong.”

Halle Berry was spotted with her ex, Gabriel Aubry, when they flew together to South Africa this weekend. It's believed that they are staying on friendly terms for the sake of their daughter, Nahla.

Aubrey tagged along on Halle’s trip to South Africa to care for Nahla during the three months that she is there filming her new movie, “Dark Tide.”

The two have had custody issues over Nahla since then, but at this time, have been able to work things out for this occasion.

A source says:

“In the end, they reached an agreement. Basically Halle is going to pay Gabriel to be a kind of full-time nanny and to come to South Africa for the three months she’s there, and to be Nahla’s full-time caregiver.”

Word is that Halle has rented out a large house in Cape Town for all of them to live in.

Hopefully things will work out well enough that they can all manage to live under one roof peacefully for the sake of Nahla.

Halle Berry is headed toward the animated town of Springfield, USA.

The Oscar winner is set to make a guest-appearance on “The Simpsons” when it returns for its 22nd season in September, the show’s executive producer Al Jean revealed to Entertainment Weekly.

Berry will appear as herself in an episode where Homer and Bart win an Academy Award of their own.

Other upcoming Simpsons guest stars include Paul Rudd, “Flight Of The Conchords” duo Jermaine Clement and Bret McKenzie, “Mad Men” star Jon Hamm and Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.

Last month Gabriel stated that he and Halle would remain amicable and would work out the issues of Nahla's custody. But things have taken a ugly turn recently.

See Halle is about to go to South Africa to film a movie, Gabriel is now down with not seeing his daughter during that time. So now he is trying to file for sole custody of Nahla allegedly. According to Radar Online:

They have joint custody but in the past few weeks it has been difficult for Gabriel to spend time with Nahla, the source said.

“It’s been pretty difficult for Gabriel to see Nahla the last few weeks,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. “He’s really getting sick of it and it’s getting to the point where he is seriously considering his options regarding pursuing permanent custody. He refuses to give up rights to his daughter, he loves her more than anything and is determined to be a regular, full time fixture in her life.”

Gabriel refused to spend three months away from his daughter with Halle scheduled to film in South Africa during July, August and September.

“The latest issue is that Halle is due to move to South Africa during July, August and September to work on a movie and she wants to take Nahla with her full time. That would mean Gabriel not seeing his daughter for three whole months and there’s no way he’s going to allow that,” the source told RadarOnline.com

Halle and Nahla reached a stalemate with both unwilling to give up their daughter during Halle’s three-month shoot.

“Gabriel requested that he be allowed to keep Nahla with him in Los Angeles but Halle wouldn’t let that happen, so the two reached a total stalemate and it started getting nasty, with both of them looking into entering a legal battle,” the source said.

“In the end they reached an agreement. Basically Halle is going to pay Gabriel to be a kind of full time nanny and to come to South Africa for the three months she’s there, and to be Nahla’s full-time caregiver.

“Halle has a huge house that’s being rented for her and she and Gabriel are going to try to live under the same roof and get along for the sake of Nahla.
